Technical and Regulatory Assistant

OVERVIEW

We are looking to recruit a Technical and Regulatory Assistant to strengthen our existing team, and to be responsible for assisting with Technical and Regulatory functions within the company.

This role would suit either a recent Science or Cosmetics graduate, or equivalent, with a real passion for the beauty industry , or a more experienced candidate with similar experience in our industry (beauty, skin or personal care) and would love the opportunity to join us at an incredibly exciting time of growth.

You will be responsible for the technical and regulatory aspects of NPD from beginning through to end of process including approval of samples through the different stages, the creation of product specs, checking art work and labelling as well as issue resolution etc

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting the NPD team with product approval, including approval of red, green and gold seals

Compiling PIFs ( Product Information Files)

Preparing product specifications for artwork approval, including translations

Artwork approval

Quality control – monitoring QC checks done in China and doing QC at our UK warehouse.

Dealing with consumer queries and complaints.

Entering all the technical information in SAP

Supplier accreditation management.

Export registration support

Preparing samples for user trials

Compiling data for EPR and plastic tax reports

Technical support to the Sales and Operations team
