SENIOR BRAND MARKETING EXECUTIVE

ROLE OVERVIEW

Quest Personal Care is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Executive to support the Head of Brand Marketing in delivering commercially driven, consumer-first beauty innovation across our B2B portfolio.

This is a senior individual contributor role within the marketing team, with no direct line management responsibilities, but with accountability for supporting and guiding junior team members through collaboration, feedback, and expertise. The role plays a key part in the product development and brand building process, ensuring all innovation and marketing output is led by strong beauty-market insight, clear differentiation, and commercial storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Copy & Brand Marketing

  • Work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing to support marketing input across the full product development lifecycle, from concept through to launch to support customers and drive end-to-end sales.

  • Contribute to product ideation, positioning, and brand storytelling with a beauty-market-first and consumer-led mindset.

  • Develop strong product rationales, clearly communicating why the product exists, who it is for, and how it succeeds in market.

  • Support and guide junior members of the marketing team through review and feedback.

  • Ensure consistency of tone of voice and clarity across all brand and product communications.

Sales & Customer Marketing Support

  • Create and quality-check product decks, marketing presentations, and sales-focused emails to support the sales team and customer engagement.

  • Respond to customer requests for marketing materials, including retail presentations, in-store activation concepts, branded assets, and targeted email communications.

  • Plan, develop, and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is on-brand, consumer-first, and commercially effective.

  • Maintain awareness of paid social advertising, understanding ad setup, targeting, and performance monitoring to inform future digital marketing development.

  • Brand & Digital Touchpoints

  • Support web branding and digital content updates where required.

Market & Commercial Insight

  • Maintain strong awareness of beauty trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity.

  • Apply a commercial mindset to all marketing outputs, balancing creativity with customer and business needs.

  • Act as an internal advocate for the end consumer throughout the innovation and marketing process.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE:

Essential

  • Proven experience within the beauty industry, ideally in a B2B, private label, or FMCG environment.

  • Strong background in copywriting, brand and product marketing, including involvement in product development.

  • Consumer-first mindset with excellent storytelling and messaging skills.

  • Experience with email marketing

  • Commercial awareness and experience supporting sales teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience supporting junior marketing colleagues.

Desirable

  • Exposure to social media marketing, web content and influencer outreach.

  • Experience creating marketing materials for retail or customer-facing environments.
